Where Wright stands

Education

As a teacher, military spouse, and parent, I have walked in the shoes of many South Carolinians. With over 20 years of experience, I have seen the triumphs and challenges of our education system, from the bustling classrooms of Sumter to the historic halls of Charleston. I have felt the weight of responsibility, the joy of success, and the sting of systems that sometimes fall short. But through it all, one thing remains clear: our children deserve the best.

Education

In my years as an educator, I've seen firsthand the negative ripple effect of policies on our students, families, teachers, and schools. The dedication of our educators is unparalleled, but they need more than just commitment; they need resources, support, and a system that values them beyond mere statistics.
