Donna Barnes

Biography Representative Donna Barnes, a Democrat, represents Raytown, parts of Kansas City and Jackson County (District 28) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to her first two-year term in November 2024. Barnes graduated from Southeast High School located in Kansas City and briefly attended UMKC and Penn Valley Community College.
