Biography State Representative Darin Chappell, a Republican, represents part of Greene County (District 137) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022. Prior to his time in the legislature, Chappell served as the city administrator for Chillicothe, Bolivar, and Seymour.
