Also on every Pottawatomie County ballot: U.S. Senate, Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, State Treasurer, Insurance Commissioner, your U.S. House and Kansas Legislature districts, the State Board of Education (odd-numbered districts), the Kansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals retention questions and the statewide constitutional amendment.

Names come from the county's official 2026 filing list. Two Republicans (Gary D. Yenzer and Judd McCormack) filed for District 4; the county has not posted official primary results online, so the Aug. 4 primary winner (Judd McCormack, 400-360) is taken from local news reports of the county's results. Matt Ubel (marked "i") and Dustin Taylor (marked "UK") filed for November only. Township clerk offices with no filing are listed with no candidate. Check your official sample ballot on the Kansas VoterView site.

Party labels are as printed in the county's official notice (R = Republican, D = Democrat, L = Libertarian, I = independent). Kansas county commission seats are partisan except in Johnson County, where they are nonpartisan. In some judicial districts (such as the 13th, 18th and 19th) district judges are elected on party ballots; in others (such as the 3rd and 10th) voters decide whether to retain them.

Township clerks listed with no candidate can be filled by write-in votes. Kansas House races depend on your address; all 125 seats are on the Secretary of State candidate list. Check your ballot at Kansas VoterView (Secretary of State).
