As Chair of the State Board of Equalization, I am working to make California's property tax system fair, transparent, and accountable while protecting homeowners, seniors, veterans, and renters.
Disaster tax relief and affordable housing
I have championed disaster tax relief for wildfire and storm victims, expanded access to the Homeowners' and Disabled Veterans' Exemptions, and supported affordable housing across California.
