Incumbent Coosa County Board of Education member for District 1 and vice chairperson. A lifelong Coosa County resident and Goodwater High School graduate, she worked 41 years for the county school system as a bus driver, aide, school secretary and secretary to the superintendent, retiring in 2019, per her statement on the school system's official board page.
